3 Person Sauna
Unless you’re really running on a tight budget, there’s obviously no reason why you shouldn’t give it a second look. Or even just a glance.
I’m sure you’re well aware that having your own personal sauna at home has a lot of advantages. It gives you control over who gets to use your own facility, without being tied up to a certain set of rules such as wearing minimal clothing and following the status quo. You have the freedom to do your own thing (for as long as your sauna kit can handle it).
It also gives you something to look forward to after a long hard day at work or a rough weekend. And because that 3 person sauna is not located in the local gym, health spa or club, but safe in the confines of your own “palace”, you don’t have to worry about being stressed too much commuting there or running into your loud-mouthed friend or boss who might be working out in those places.
Some say it’s the perfect hideaway and escape in the midst of an urban jungle that always demands more and more of yourself. Clearly, there’s nothing like spending some time on a detoxification therapy program and sweating out those unnecessary toxins, while clearing your head from all the “spam” and “junk” it has accumulated. And at the same time probably give you that “lightbulb” idea to solve your current problem or create your work of art, whatever that may be.
If you’re investing on a sauna just for yourself or for you and your significant other, then a 1 or 2 person sauna would just fit fine. However, for maximum benefit, you might want to get that little extra space that only a 3 person sauna can provide.
If you carefully do the math and again, if you’re not running on a shoestring budget, you’ll notice that the difference in price is only a few hundred dollars. And some companies are willing to add free shipping and additional benefits on the side as well.
For you and your loved one, a 3 person sauna can give you the best exposure to the sauna heaters and have that extra space to feel comfortable with and move around a bit. Also, if either one or both of you is on a detox program, there’s at least enough space for the air to circulate and for one to avoid inhaling what the other individual is out-gassing.
On the other hand, if you’re doing it for recreational purposes and you’re comfortable with using it together with 2 of your closest family members, relatives or friends, then why not consider it a worthwhile investment?
Whatever your choice may be, remember that these type of saunas can be custom-built and delivered to your doorstep, or if you are a do-it-yourselfer you can cut costs and buy a 3 person sauna kit that has everything you need ready for assembling. Just make sure that the materials are of the highest quality so you are guaranteed to use it for a long period of time.
